Integrated Mung Bean Supply Programme
Scale: More than 15,000 acres, thousands of farming families and approximately 30 export containers per month, with national-scale operations established within eight months.
Outcome: The programme established Agro Thai Science as Thailand’s largest mung bean processor and exporter during the operation.
INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGY
Thailand Operational Support Platform
Duration: More than 18 months.
Role: Inventory, warehousing, order administration, documentation, back-office support, logistics and free-trade-zone operations.

ICUMSA 45 Refined Sugar Export
Role: Product sourcing, supplier qualification, buyer coordination, export quota requirements, documentation, shipment planning and logistics.
